How Does It Work?
A Community Built with you in mind
Building a home is one of the most exciting times in one’s life and the process to building that home is incomparable. Provided below is a brief outline of the steps taken to ensure that your home is completed to your full satisfaction.
Stages Of Home Building
Stage 1
Lot Aquisition
The lot must be purchased by the builder or client before construction can begin.
Stage 2
Lot Preparation
During this phase, the plans, specification, survey, and permits are generated by and received from the local county offices. In addition, clearing, site preparation, and excavation are conducted.
Stage 3
Foundation
Before anything can be built, the foundation needs to be laid. This includes the pouring of concrete, removal of pests, and establishment of plumbing and electricity.
Stage 4
Framing
The overall structure of the home is built during this phase. This includes framing, such as walls, windows, trusses, and insulation, as well as landscaping, such as driveways, patios, and sidewalks.
Stage 5
Completion
Your new home is fully equipped with the stability it needs and you are able to comfortably move-in! Start packing those boxes!
Although this list is not all-inclusive it, provides a cursory view of the craftsmanship that goes into a new home.

Make Your Dream Home - A Reality!
Our staff will walk you through the process every step of the way! Here are the first milestones you will take to start building your dream home.
Call Mr. Cline at 601-832-4089, or Cynthia Cline at 601-832-4089 provide your financial pre-approval letter and discuss the home specifications (sqft, # Bedrooms, # bathrooms, etc) your are interested in.
Select a Lot, and provide earnest money down to hold the Lot. Or if you just want to buy the Lot first, select the lot and establish payment options.
If home building is preferred the Builder can give you several house plans in your financial range or give you a quote on a plan you have or interested in.
A contract will be sign to build your home and a construction loan is generate.
Once the construction loan is approval the builder will start to build. Building time frame is 4-6months based on the weather and supply availability.
